How can a 15 year old boy get a six-pack abs and pecs without going to the gym?
I am 15 years old, I am very skinny already and I have a 4-pack abs and a little biceps and pecs but I wanted a 6-pack abs. I want routines to do at home, I don't go to the gym and how long would it take to get this? Any routines, how long, and food recommendations would help! Please & Thank You!

Do this list:
50 crunches
60 situps
20 more crunches
Plank for 1 min
30 more situps
Plank for 3 min
Then drink milk and redo the next day!
Good lučk

try insanity (if you can afford it) or p-90x. it works really good and you get fast results c: also, try drinking protein shakes.

If you are 15 and feel skinny scrawny, you're probably growing a lot so it'll be hard because your body is naturally using up a ton of calories. You'll have to make sure you are eating enough for exercise to help give you more muscle. I was like that in HS and didn't fill out until college. If that's not your problem and you feel you look soft you'll need to track what you eat and eliminate junk food along with exercise. Given your question I expect you've already done that.

I would do a ton of situps/pushups/pullups/dumbells. easy enough to do in your room or garage.

Start with 4 sets of 50 reps of situps. I like to mix in opposite elbow to knee. Between those sets I would do sets of pushups as many as you can do consistently throughout the routine. Vary the spacing of your hands to make it harder or easier...no breaks. You can also play with mixing in different inclines with a milk crate or something. Try to do 1-2 more each workout and by the end you shouldn't be able to hold yourself up. I would do pullups whenever I entered or left the room. Dumbells as many as you can while you are sitting around watching TV. In all exercises pay attention to form.
