New folower right after i created my page?

just created a sniping clan for black ops 2 page on twitter, and i saw it said 1 follower RIGHT after i was done wtih the setup, and the name is JSJo8nyhHsBxWXV im wondering if this is a default follower? or a bot?

Yes it's a bot, the name is a givaway

I've had it happen several times myself after creating accounts, it happens in seconds sometimes. Best just to click the report spam button and block them. There are no 'default' followers.
