Question about twitter...?

I've realized something, but I'm not so sure about something.
Say you follow Person A and Person B. But Person A and Person B don't follow each other, right?
So say you say something like "@PersonA hey what's up!", would Person B see it?
But if you say something like "I love @PersonA with a passion" then Person B would see it?

Nothing bad happened lol, just wondering.
No I mean on the timeline, not on the person's profile.

Yes you would. You can see everything on another person's profile on Twitter.
