My Twitter account has been suspended? D:?

My Twitter account's been suspended and I believe it is for following too many people in a short period of time. It won't let me log in, but it will let me reset my password, will I get my account back if I reset my password or do I have to go and write a long apology message to Twitter? D:

Mine got suspended a few days ago, i wrote about a paragraph to the twitter people and told what the problem was.. 2 days later my twitter is back to normal now.

Just write a sentence or two to them, it doesn't need to be long..
