Will I lose everything if I deactivate my Twitter temporarily?
Finals are coming and I really need to focus. Already deactivated my facebook account. So if I deactivate my Twitter and rejoin in like two weeks, will I lose all of my followers and tweets?

No, your followers will remain.

HOWEVER, remember that people usually unfollow you after some time of inactivity.

once you reactivate your account it could take a couple of days to regain those followers
