When I get the free Facebook app or the free Twitter app on my iPhone, do I have to pay extra money on my bill?

If you are using an unlimited data plan or wifi, then there can be NO extra charge. If you are on a service where you pay for a fixed amount of data, there could be extra charges if you go over your data allowance.
