I just don't understand. I mean, you can 99% of the time block them. Is it just a bunch of whining teens?

No, it's not. As a matter of fact there have been people who killed themselves over it and they were not teens, that gay kid that jumped off the bridge was in college, his roommate taped him having sex with a guy and put it on the internet, the gay kid then killed himself.

Cyber bulling is perpetrated by mothers and father of kids as well, like the mother that set up the fake Facebook page and tormented a high-school girl, that girl killed herself too.

If you block one account or one email, they make another account or email n bully you

Its possible to block one account, but whats to stop someone from making another account? Your pretty much left with the only option of deleting that account and starting a new one. But who wants to add all they're friends and likes all over again. (e.g facebook, myspace, twitter) I'd say guard your info, but most people dont do that. They accept everyone and their mother and are not educated on this type of situation. Majority of cyber bulling happens to young teenagers who dont know any better. But as we've seen in the past its not just trolling people. Cyber bulling can happen when people create accounts and pretend to be someone their not. E.g this girl who commited suicide over a boy she met on facebook which was really her next door neighbor and was a girl.
