How high are my chances of getting a Stomach Cancer? How and Where can I go for an early diagnosis/prognosis?
DETAILED DESCRIPTION : -

I am 21 - Male. Indian, lives in India. Vegetarian (but eat egg dishes for few months).

I've been a heavy eater since my childhood, mostly the market available junk foods, and street foods available in India.

And since past few years, since when I was 15 OR 16, my entire 'routine-cycle' became haphazard, because I was also under depression because of being bullied in my schools.

And I was also porn and masturbation addicted for almost 3 to 4 years, which added to my depression, and social-shyness.

Since then I didn't care about eating. I cannot control myself, when I see delicious Indian dishes available on streets in India. Even at home I eat whenever I like , and many times, even during late-nights.

And from last 2-3 years, my sleeping habits also are not regular.

I also have anxieties related to my body, because I believe my masturbation addiction of past, has made my body very thin.

So fearing I would loss my muscles and strength, I started eating excessively, and mindlessly. This is how I started eating egg-dishes (but has now stopped eating it).

Sometimes when I eat heavily, I got stomach aches few times, but then it went away, and I neglected.

But talking about this week, I eat very heavily, more than I can consume. I didn't vomited, but I had to go to empty myself, almost 4 to 5 times, of which 2 times also in a diarrhea like condition.

So a day ago, my I felt a pain in my stomach, like someone was pulling my stomach from inside. Before that I also felt 'Gas...' situation in my stomach, and during that time, I felt I like eating nothing (but it went away latter)

And yesterday, I slept for more than 12 hours, from late night @ 2:30 AM (nowadays I sleep mostly very late at night) till 3:15 PM , next Afternoon. And still on evening, I was feeling very drowsy and I had to take a 'Nap' for 1 and 1/2 hours.

So noticing these strange changes in my body, I fear about Stomach Cancer. Can I have it? And to check it early whom should I consult? And which medical tests should I go through?

I am not Obese, but then also eating has become like Alcohol for me. But I think I'm still in depression, because of still being bullied at my college.

And I've also grown up in a financially-poor family. My family also had a case of long running feuds with one of my close relatives (which happens mostly with every Poor Indian Families)

Which is why, still in my depression, I feel very anxieted about my parents. And constantly keep thinking about them? As to what will happen to them if I die? They're in their 50s.

First of ;;; cancer stomach is very rare and at 21 almost impossible
What you need is a good doctor to treat your depression

You are obsess with cancer ; because you are depress
About the discomfort you had experience ; it could be reflux

I stopped reading when you started going into a bunch of irrelevant things.
The fact is you live in India that increases your risk for stomach and other cancers in itself.
The best thing you can do is not eat a thing that grows under the ground and get checked for hepatitis often.

I don't know where you get checked for anything - ypour question came over to the section for the US.

It is NOT stomach cancer.
Some bacterial infection of the intestines because you eat outside food. Some outside fried food is prepared using oil reheated again and again which causes gastritis which is painful but will go away after treatment after a few days.
Cancer does not occur unless you are exposed to cancer causing agents.
You need to get psychiatric counseling for controlling your fears, anxiety and excessive eating.
Take help from your elders, parents, teachers and your family doctor.
Forget cancer.

1. You, the most of youngsters are either talented or genius or shrewd and sharp.
2. Over exposure to internet and TV channels------------an offshoot of all your anxieties, depression and or all your worries with half knowledge.

3. Basically, you have no scope to get stomach cancer.
4. In the absence of exercise, binge eating may drive you to obesity and diabetes.
5. You may see a GP/local homeopath in your vicinity for all your symptoms.
