have a bit of pride in yourself, and trust your instinct, its usually right when it comes to weirdos that just come up talking to you.
and the antisocial thing.. well it might have been the truth or it might not have, it could have had a double meaning just to keep him guessing!..if he's a nice guy, then you will find out eventually, you don't have to tell a stranger your life story just because they ask you, be cautious until you find out about him, better to be safe than sorry later.

if you got college/school you can always make friends there
once you made even a couple of good friends that is good enough
and then the no. just increases
even friend of friends become friends, etc
