China is Unique market. The Chinese market has some unique characteristics. China has a Guanxi. Guanxi has been instrumental in helping firms in Chinese market. The firms can improve market access and growth through Guanxi networks. Guanxi in china has evolved into a powerful governance structure with unique expansion rules, operating mechanisms, and impacts on firm behavior. Most of China’s business infrastructures and related institutions are inefficient, Thus, Guanxi is often transferred from the individual level to the corporate level to facilitate inter-firm exchanges.
Many foreigner want to know about these questions. What is Guanxi? Why so many foreigners have a problem deal with it? What would be the best strategy for Guanxi? Is Chinese Guanxi is like a social relationship or corruption? What would Chinese think about it? Actually Guanxi is a personal relationship. If one Chinese have a leading members in his office so lot of people want to enter his office. But at that time employers are equally good and qualified. But someone friend of him are telling him that is let him enlist her daughter or son. What he can do? Actually this kind of situation happens all over the world. Nowadays many professors and scholars are getting more attention and gets really interested in personal relationship and friendship because it is so important. For example, if the South Korea president Lee is good friend with China president Hujintao or Xijinping, even if their relationship is China and Korea government based, but it could be affect very big influence. But same as in business areas, it happens all the time.

Why many foreigners have problems while dealing with it?...........Is Chinese Guanxi equivalent to social relationship or a symbol of corruption?...................If a chinese person has a leading member in his office ,many people wish to enter his office.................But if one of his friends tells him to enlist his son or daughter, what can he do?
