How do I raise money for charity on Twitter?
I am looking to raise money for a charity on Twitter, because I have heard of other charities making lots of money this way. How do they do it, and how can I do it?

One way is you could start a petition using one of the following services.
Act.ly - http://act.ly/ TinyPetition - http://tinypetition.com/ Twitition - http://twitition.com/ Twibbon - http://twibbon.com/ Using any of the above services together with Tweet Later will head you in the right direction. Why Tweet Later? - http://www.tweetlater.com/ Simple. With the professional version you can setem and forgetem while letting your posts generate the attention for you. HINT: The less you can make your account look like a blatant advertisement for something and the more you can provide your readers with genuine content the more popularity whatever you are doing will gain. I hope that helps, feel free to tweet @BodyByChocolate if you have additional questions. The Body By Chocolate Man TWITTER: http://twitter.com/BodyByChocolate WEBSITE: http://www.bodybychocolates.com/xo/gs/endulge.htm PS: Those who diss Twitter today simply do not understand the power of Twitter. I read an article that stated only 10% of Twitter accounts are responsible for 90% of tweets. I can believe that, but when your working with a figure nearing 3 million I can also handle that. For the record, I'm one of the 10% community. |
