How can you have social networking and no data? Ask your provider, they probably have a specific list of sites you can access.

nope....

instagram is an app that requires a data package, just like Facebook. Social Networking plans are simple data plan for Facebook and twitter and some other small minor social apps. But Instagram needs more data than that
