Where to put flyers for my small pressure washing business?

I am starting a small pressure washing business and I was wondering whats the best way to get my name out there in a legal fashion.

When conducting small business marketing, knowing your target market, having an advertising plan, and using the right business marketing strategies and tools are crucial to reach potential customers. There are a number of business marketing tools you can use to set yourself on the right track of getting your small business big attention. The fliers are a good idea, but don't forget about other things like Twitter, blogs, websites. These can all be excellent (and free!) ways to drive some name recognition.

Also, don't forget the personal touch, introduce yourself to your neighbors and your area businesses. Print up a business card if you don't already have one, and maybe even offer 10% off a first service.
