How Do I tweet to someone on twitter ?
I use the android app from google play, how do I tweet ? It doesnt work even though i am a follower. Can someone explain how to ?

If you're trying to tweet someone you use "@" and then their twitter name. So for example "@lilstephanie21 hey how's it going" or whatever you want to tweet them
