I NEED HELP WITH TWITTER?

Okay, so I don't know the email I used or the password I used for twitter. I created it through my phone so that keeps me logged in, but I can't get on twitter from anything else. I need help. Does anyone know how to find out the email and password? I have an iPhone if that helps you answer at all. But please help. Thanks.

1. Click on the wheel to display your settings options
2. Click on Profile in the drop down menu
3. Click on "account" in the left hand column.

These are the options I found on my laptop, so I can't guarantee they'll work on an iphone, but worth trying. Good luck.
