The nuclear option is not used for individual laws. The nuclear option is used to change, mostly the Senate rules, to specify the number of votes needed override a filibuster for the session. It is normally passed on the first day of the new session. And, no, there will be no attempt to limit firearms, The President is not in favor of a firearm ban, nor is gun owner Joe Biden. z

If they pass the gun ban that Nancy Pelosi has put together,it will make every gun owning,law abiding citizen a criminal.
Either by registering your guns or not registering them.
The U.S. Supreme Court said that gun registration violates a criminals right against self incrimination,so they don't have to register their guns.
On that basis,legal gun owners won't have to register their guns either since the gun ban law would make them criminals anyway and if you register them,then you are a criminal for owning them.

Well, welcome to the Un-united Socialist States of America. Where special interests and the vocal minority win the day and our civil rights get violated on a daily basis. A bunch of clown college graduates could do better than the bunch of know nothing idiots that just got voted back into their cushy jobs by we the people. My question is why in the world did you all vote these idiots back into office. Did you really expect them to do better this time.
