floating menu plug in for wordpress?

plugin menu that appears once Main Menu goes out of the screen. So, when user scroll down page, another Menu appears at the top edge of the window. It may have the same structure as Main Menu, or different customize. Also have search box and icons of popular social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+) on menu bar.
