1. A Consultancy Firm will be in a better position to advise you on the subject.

2. A host of factors are taken into account to make a comparative study.

3. Some of the factors are:

- Availability of crude oil

- Markets for finished products

- Incentives offered by different countries

- Attitude of Governments to foreign investment

- Labour situation

- Attitude towards personnel from other countries

- Infrasture facilities(particularly transport of raw materials and finished products)

- Geo-climatic conditions

- Political, Economic and social stability

- Availability of local finance
