You can do a collab with someone on YouTube, advertise online, or just tell all your friends. If you do good videos you'll come around, and in today's YouTube, that's not very hard.

1.-Promote your channel with a twitter , facebook or goggle + account around the world
2.- make HD Videos or HQ videos
3.- more tags and a better description name video in all your videos
4.- subscribe a lot and make alot of YT friends
