When he's not in vacation mode, he's in campaign mode. When he's done campaigning, he goes on vacation again.

As much as House Republicans will let him. Obama learned last year that the only way to get Republicans to compromise is to use their own constituents to pressure them. After all, that's how the Tea Party leads Republicans around by the nose: by threatening them with a primary fight if they don't tow their line.

Obama, however, has learned that Republicans can not be worked with in good conscience. He'll make a deal with them, like extending Bush tax cuts for all income levels two years, and then they just throw it back in his face, talking about how he broke a campaign promise to let tax rates on top earners expire. Now Republicans expect him to break his promise again after they were largely rejected by American voters?!

I don't think one accumulates that much gray hair by flying around, having a good time. Lies? You actually want to bring up lies after the GOP campaign. Excuse me but that R/R ticket wouldn't have recognized the truth if it stared them in the face. After all they are the ones that wouldn't let their campaign be run by fact checkers. I thought that pretty much said it all as to their truthfulness. Shoot even the debate moderator Candy Crowley couldn't stand it and had to fact check. Oh the hue and cry from the right that fact checking shouldn't be allowed during the nationally televised debate. No let it wait until the next day when no one will notice!
Time for y'all to get over it. You lost and all this chatter is pointless. Time would be better spent finding out the truth rather than spinning fables.

He spends a lot of time eating imported Kobe beef paid for by US taxpayers. Does that count as managing the country?
