What Apps can I download for the iPod 4.2.1 ?

I'm trying to download apps like Facebook,Twitter,Angry Birds, Instagram etc. but it wont let me it keeps saying "This app requires iOS 5." So what should I do? Help please.

Oh we'll SOME of those apps require iOS 5. I'm sure you can still download Instagram and Angry Birds. Well when your planning on getting an app then you look below it at the information were it says a bunch of stuff like "Compatible with iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod 4 G, Etc" On the bottom it should say what is required for the download. For example, If you're trying to download Oovoo, then it should say something like
"Requirements for download: iOS 5"
So just check for those things so you don't waste time being excited and its not compatible with your device.
Or you can always check if you're iPod has a software update so you can update your iPod and get more apps that are available
