How you make your twitter account private?

I had to block someone and i just asked the question of whether or not they can still see my twitter. in order for it to completely work i need to make my twitter private, so how do i do that? thanks!

Log into your account and go to https://twitter.com/settings/account; scroll down and check "protect my tweets". It'll ask for your password to verify; after you give it, your account will be successfully private! If you want to make it public again, go through the same procedure except un-check the box.
