i made a Twitter account and accidently when trying to disable it, I said the email address on that account wasn't me. now i cant access the account and it still has my name on it, how do i get it off twitter?

Make another account. If the account has your name or nickname, you might mention in the description of the new account that the other one isn't you. If nobody uses it, it will eventually be deleted.
