Which tablet is best for me?

I know there are a lot of tablets out there, and I was wondering which one is best for me based on the needs I want my tablet to meet...
1) I love my apps. Funny pictures, mindless games, and other entertainment. I need a variety and a lot of apps to chose from.
2) On the app note, having quality apps for Twitter, Facebook, Pinterst, Tumblr, and Pandora are necessary
3) Everything has to move quickly and load as quickly as possible
4) Has to have the ability to have a lot of storage, so I can have a lot of music and apps

That's all the requirements my tablet would have to meet. Please comment with a name of a tablet, and preferably with reasoning or a link to a review

iPad 4generation

Defiantly Microsoft Surface.
It has loads of great apps, is really fast, has live tiles, loads of storage space (up to 64gb), comes with Microsoft Office pre installed and you can but an optional keyboard/cover. Also it runs flash when browsing the web.
