CAN PEOPLE VIEW YOUR TWITTER IF YOU HAVE THEM ON FACEBOOK?

So my email for this twitter and my Facebook are the same email. But I was on twitter and I didn't remember if I had made a twitter with the email before so I put my email and the password that I usually use and the twitter accounts name was " kill yourself" and stuff and I immediately changed it but I think I was hacked because I NEVER put that . So was there a way for my Facebook friends to search me on twitter if they had one. And I had the same Facebook and twitter email. Because I would never want people to think that was my twitter. I didn't have the Facebook app and the think to let people find me thing was on. And no one knows my email so could people could've found the twitter?

No they cant unless you connect Twitter with your Facebook. If you didnt then no, they can't.
