Need ideas for a digital opinion campaign.?

I've got an assignment for my editorial news writing course where my group is to come up with a digital campaign for an issue localized to our campus. The issue we've chosen is a campus-wide ban on tobacco and how ineffective it is.

So far we've decided to use social media, creating a facebook group and twitter page for students to post pictures of offenders and opinions about the ban. Do you have any other ideas we could use to take our issue to the internet?

Smoking is bad for you so anybody who can't go a day without their cigarettes needs some serious help or you'll die, period.
Seems like you're on the right track with the social media outreach. I would include making a traditional website with information about this issue.
