Good idea for the next billion dollar website and app?

My name is Kevin and i'm 19 years old.

I think i have a great idea for the next billion dollar website or app like facebook,twitter,etc.
It's unique, fresh and different from those websites i mentioned lately.
I really believe this idea will change the world because this have the potential to do that.
Now i just don't know where should i start and i'm looking for a skillful web-developer and reliable investor.
Can someone plz help me out here?
