how do u messege celebs on twitter?!?
ok does any1 know how 2 messege celebs that arent followin u is it possible cuz ive seen the celebs respnd 2 the fans like saying "thanx you guys are incredible!!"



btw i am talkin about twitter plz helpful answers are appreciated!!!

They can still get it but they busy! Hilary isnt following me and she responed to my @HilDuffDizzle (jus using her as an example) or D HilDuffDizzle (direct message)
