Twitter help please!?

Ok so last time I asked a question, I asked for more followers on Twitter for a friend. My answers were that this site is not for advertising and I should not spam people.. I'm really not trying to spam, and I feel bad for asking but I'm just trying to get some followers for her. It is not her personal site with her name, it is one of those facts on girls, or female feelings, or however you look at it. So this question is how can she get more followers?
