What does this phrase mean?
I asked this guy on twitter if he was the same guy that used to play in the chariot. He replied "that's a loaded question". So what does that mean. Is he the guy who used to play in the chariot???

"A loaded question" is one in which there's no really good answer, like he expects you to think badly of him whatever he says. It has a lot of (it's "loaded with") hidden meaning.

I have no idea if he played in the chariot though.
