how to get more views on youtube?

So I have started my own youi tube channel on make up and id love to know how to make it successful. What stands out and gets people watching?

where it says tags put a bunch of random shit like cute cats sexy women and stuff like that so when people look that shit up your vid might pop up. if you are a blogger then talk about recent stuff like movies games drama. if you send me the link to your channel ill check you out

Well a name that seems interesting or even a lie because I've watched things with names that sound engaging but the video is different to the name. Next share it on Facebook and twitter because these attract lots of people and people can share or refer your video to friends to watch through social networks

Definately not by commenting on how your videos are great on other YouTubers videos, that just shows how desperate you are. You could try to contact a big you tuber to give you advice. Another thing is to ask any of your friends who have a lot of FB friends and a lot of followers on twitter to give you shout outs. The more people who see it the better. Also make sure your content is original and good. Nobody likes the guys who copy big YouTubers.
