Help with my twitter account?!?

I forgot my password to my twitter. I tried resetting my password but I don't remember the email address I used to make it because it's a really old email address I don't use and I totally forgot it. Then I tried putting in my username to reset password but it just said email was sent email address to reset password. Now I don't know the email address so how do I get back in my account? Is there any way I can hack back into my account or something?
