What does Frankie Cocozza mean by CS5 and CS26?
He often puts them with a hashtag at the end of his tweets or pictures of instagram and I don't know what it means...
And if you have something rude to say about Frankie, you can just not answer. It's irrelevant to the question and unnecessary. Thanks.

The CS stands for Connor Saunders who was a close childhood friend of frankies who sadly died. The 5 represents how many lives he has saved by being an organ donor and the 26 is the number that was on his football shirt.
