My brother does drugs?

I was away on vacation for the past week, and when I got back I found out that my brother went on my laptop. I've been mad at him for a really long time and we don't have a good relationship since we both go to different schools and he's usually with my older brother. So today I found his twitter account when I opened my laptop, and all his tweets were about getting high all day, and i'm starting to think he might be a drug addict. Because he is a teenager it shouldn't seem like such a big deal that he likes to party, but my mom is very strict with that sort of stuff, and I usually tell her everything. My dad doesn't construct much in our family, so they don't have a father to look up to. I, at least have my mother since i'm the only girl. I barely ever talk to him and when he talks to me I always ignore him, which makes him mad and violent. All I wanted to hear was an apology from him. He usually spends nights away and my mom never knows where he is, and she always thought of him as the one who doesn't like to do drugs. Finding out that he does (the real hard stuff too) changed my whole perspective of him. I don't want to be the one to break it to my mom, but do I really need to? I'm shocked and confused about all of this.

My brother does drugs and although mom doesnt approve she cannot stop him taking them you cannot stop someone taking drugs if they are adults ┄
