There's no reason to cut in the first place, but then again it's slightly making fun of self-harm in a pretty dark way, they're just ridiculous.

He's of age, 18, he can smoke if he wants, if he wants to party, let him party but he should just keep in mind that his fan base is like 10-12 year olds.

It's stupid to me. I didn't even make a big deal out of Bieber smoking weed in the first place. He's eighteen, and everyone of his fans are acting like he's only sixteen or something. The cutting thing is retarded coming from fans like that. I think self harm/cutting is a serious issue, and for people to make jokes about that are absolutely pathetic.
