How to prevent people who have my phone number from finding my twitter?

So when I was making a twitter, I was on my iphone and pressed find friends and it asked something about my contacts who have a twitter. So i said yes. Now I'm wondering, how to i get rid of it and prevent people from looking me up with just my contact number.
