Why don't twitter notifications work on my iPhone?

No twitter app's push notifications work on my iPhone 5. I've tried the regular twitter app, echofon and tweetbot. All my notification options have been on in the settings of the iPhone and in each app.
I've used each app singly, deleting the previous one every time I tried a new app.
I've restarted the phone, reinstalled the twitter apps but nothing has worked. Been driving me crazy!
My other push notifications work from other other apps except twitter. Please help me.

Settings>notifications>twitter, and turn it on
Try reinstalling twitter if that doesn't work

I'm having the same problem. Wait for an update of the app and hopefully the problem will be fixed. In the meantime, you can set up your phone to receive notifications through texts. Go to settings under the desktop twitter version and enter your mobile number.
