is it spam if somebody you met on CL sending you goo.gl URL with her picture?

A woman I sent a message on CL sent me a email in which telling me her photo is in goo.gl/... and telling me that check it out.is it a spam??

It's a malware link. DO NOT click on it for any reason

99% of people on Craigslist personals seem to be scammers and fake profiles
Never click on any link sent to you by anyone on CL

If you already clicked on it, you need to run a scan for viruses AND malware
