I received this on a note: 4 TEH L0LZ. I think the 0 in L0LZ is a zero, not an oh. What does it mean?

Is this some sort of twitter talk? I guess I'm not with the times.
I should mention that the note probably wasn't meant for me, personally, but was written on a Garfield coloring page. It could have been meant to decorate the content of the picture, or it might have, in fact, been directed at me. As of this writing, I've received two answers, and neither of them actually answer my question. (Regardless, thank you for responding.)
One of you, in your answer, seems to feel that the person who wrote it was kidding. Does "4 TEH L0LZ" mean "kidding."
And the other poster to answer my question seems to feel that it means nothing. The poster also seems to think I'm a freak. *Sigh* Well, serves me right for seeking life's answers on the Internet.

It basically means the person who wrote it was kidding, and lacks most brain function.

"4 TEH L0LZ" means for the laughs, therefore kidding.
