Easily eBay. Just make sure you're searching for clothes that are "New With Tags". I find super steals on there all the time.

If you are looking for used things then Ebay is most likely the best.
some good options for new items that i use are:

http://www.hautelook.com/ which is clothing and accessories. they are super cute and greatly priced
http://www.nastygal.com/ i love them too, theyre like hautelook but probably a little cheaper.
all of those sites alos have super cute stuff in their sale section.

I use shop it to me the most. You have to sign up, which is a pain at first, but its pretty quick anddd its so worth it. if your gonna use it sign up with my link cause i get rewards (which is another great thing about the site) but basically they link you to sales on all of you favorite brands and trends from all sort of sites. So like u dont have to go look for the sale, they bring it to you which is great cause im a little lazy. lol you can personalize it to your taste. i love love loveeee it
