How should I ask out this girl?

There is this girl I am madly in love with at my University. I asked her out to dinner and she said she would if she didn't have to study for finals. This was over text because I never get to see her and I just met her for the first time and got her number the previous day. I will get back from Christmas Break on January the 14th to start classes. I have no cell service until Christmas Break is over. I do not have her on facebook or twitter or anything. Should I text her asking her to dinner again when I get back from Christmas break? She seems to like me some by signs.

I think you should ask her to dinner again!!! But i recommend taking it slow. you don't want to scare her off by telling her you like her right away. Take her out a couple times and see where things go
