I don't remember my twitter e-mail?

I sound like an idiot but on my Ipod i have a twitter account and for chrismas i just got a new laptop and i forget my password for my twitter account to use it on my new laptop. All though i am still signed into twitter on my ipod. I forget my email for my twitter account and since im signed in on my ipod how can i find my email i used for that account! Please help!
i checked my account and still cant find it and there is no gear icon

On a computer you can click on the "gear" icon to get your account information. Not sure if that is an option on an iPod/iPhone?

Check your account info from your iPod and see if you can find your email.
