I need help with tumblr please its important.?

I really need help with tumblr. I know how to use it and all, but it's my ask box. I've been getting anons for months and whenever I go to click the answer button, the box doesn't show up. So I literally can't answer anyone, I've been getting tons of anons that I desperately need to respond to, relating to self harm/suicide/­someone needing to be there for them and help them. I'm seeing them but everyone thinks I'm ignoring it (which I'm not). And on my blog in my description I told people that if they need help as soon as possible then to contact me on here or twitter, but they're not doing that.. I can answer them on mobile devices, but I don't have any yet :/.

Im not sure. but try asking again and look it up on the internet. look up how to do it on Tumblr. look in the "help" section or something
