Just a hypothetical question here. If you're a reporter for the news is anything on the public internet space free for grab. Such as twitter, facebook, and etc as long as they're on public setting? I'm not talking about copyright stuff but comments, pictures, and videos posted.

Um, approximately all "comments, pictures and videos posted" are copyrighted from the moment they are created, other than works of the US government. You can only use the uncopyrighted parts, i.e., the ideas, facts, principles and discoveries, unless you want to use the copyrighted works and try to prove some defense when you get sued in federal court.

Advertising in a newspaper can be a way for a business to reach a large number of people. The cost of advertising in a newspaper is usually related to the size of its circulation, and therefore the amount of potential business you will reach. There are very few ways that you can post a free ad in a newspaper, although using a few tips, you may be able to achieve a free advertisement, which will allow your business or organization to reach a large number of people.
