I'm going to a concert on 29th January, so basically a month away, and my tickets still haven't come. I ordered them from ticketmaster, so they must be legit, and in the presale too, back in JUNE. Everyone on twitter who's going to the same show as me got theirs in October/November. What should I do? I'm getting pretty anxious.

If you ordered it back in June, they're either slacking off, or 'forgot'. If you have your electronic receipt (assuming you ordered it online, not at a physical outlet), email it to them, on customer support.
Don't cuss, don't jeer, mock, and say anything rude, though they didn't handle their job well.

we buy a lot of gig tickets from ticketmaster
usually it tells you tickets will be posted 14 days before the event when you order
so why people on twitter are getting anxious is beyond me

Ticketmaster aims to dispatch tickets as soon as possible. If you have not received your tickets within five days of the event, please contact us as soon as possible

that ^^^^ is take from their site
getting tickets 1 month+ before an event is virtually unheard of

WAIT - until about 2 weeks before the event - if by any chance they have not come by then contact ~Ticketmaster.

contact ticketmaster

were you getting paper tickets or an E-ticket?
Or did you mark the box to pick them up at the venue
Check the receipt you should have received in your email

Are you sure people have their tickets?

These days most companies only print tickets a couple of weeks before the concert to help prevent replica tickets being made.
Normally I get tickets one week before.
