If you live in Florida, and someone from texas was posting your breast pic on their twitter, and deleted it, can you still go to the police and have the police give you a court date? (even if that person doesn't know anything where exactly you are at.nothing?

Sorry this happened to you that's shyty. This sounds like a very hard situation to prove. You can take it to small claims court but a case like this would probably be dismissed even if the guy did show up. If you took this to court you would then start involving twitters lawyers as well. It would be extremely costly. I recommend getting a nut shot of this guy when he's sleeping and show every girl you know.

If you are under age 18, yes; otherwise, no.

If you are an adult (over age 18) this is a civil, not a criminal, matter. You'd have to sue and prove damages. You could also sue to regain control of the pic.

Was your name and/or information even displayed with the pic? Hard to win a civil suit for damages if no one even knew it was your breast.

Sorry you had to learn this lesson the hard way. Some people are just jerks and should never be trusted. It's not always easy to determine who is going to b legit so just don't go there with the pics. I've had divorcing friends regret videos and pics taken during the marriage. Stuff happens so b®e(a)st keep those bases covered.
