There are many problems with your site that make it unattractive to potential clients. And your on-site marketing is poor. Too many issues to cover here. But a few items:
1. There is no UVP (unique value proposition) on your home page. It's even an effort to figure out what service you are offering. Your logo at least should say you do web design/development. "Specart" then far below, "Web Factory" is too ambiguous, and doesn't say why anyone should take action.
2. There is no Call-to-Action on your home page. Why leave it to visitors to figure out how to respond to your page?
3. There is nothing unique offered. You just use marketing hype that does noting to differentiate you from every other similar service. "The Multimedia Factory is designed to take ideas to the next level. Here we come up with new ways to get your message out to the people using innovative, cutting edge technology solutions that are sure to get your brand noticed in an increasingly competitive global market." This kind of cliche "marketeze" doesn't demonstrate you "coming up with new ways to get your message out" - quite the opposite. And it's in passive voice and 3rd party, not a writing style for selling. Also, it's one of several unsubstantiated claims. Where's your proof of this and your other claims? If you expect people to believe marketing claims, you have to offer proof.
4. Your home page offers 4 equally weighted options. Never ask visitors to make such choices - they'd rather click away to an easier site than work their brains. You must decide which of the 4 to emphasize and then guide them to that one visually. If you're doing offline marketing, you should have a separate landing page for each of your services and send each market niche to only that page..
5. Your color scheme and design look amateurish.
6. In your portfolio, the drop list is semi-transparent and overlaps the content behind it (in Google Chrome), which looks bad.
7. ...and more.

If you have positive feedback, why not add some testimonials to your home page. Right now, you have zero trust building factors.

I recommend a study of the free marketing info on http://www.MarketingExperiments.com to learn more about how to market your services successfully.

Hope this helps...
