What is going through my exes mind?

Alright I want your opinions on this matter. Please read all of it. I'll give you the summary:

-I'm 22 and a recent college grad, she is 21 and a senior in college
-We went to the same school and have mutual friends
- We dated for about a year
-We broke up on good terms but it was her to decision to break up
-She said she lost feelings but it could have been due to all the stress in her life
-We broke up 1.5 months ago
-She said she would answer my calls whenever I wanted to talk and wouldn't ignore me
-She said it was nothing it did, it was all her and that I was a great guy
-She said there was no other guy in the picture
-I have only tried to talk to her once since the break up and that was a month after the break up
-When I tried to talk to her, I called her up but never got her voicemail
-I have a strong feeling that my number is blocked but I don't know why since I hadn't tryed talking to her at all and I did not beg for her back
-That same day, I sent her a facebook message saying I wanted to talk
-She got back to me but it was a really short response saying she couldn't talk that day
-I also have reason to believe she blocked me on skype ever since the break up
-We are still facebook friends

Here's where it gets a little more interesting:
-My ex started seeing a counselor a few weeks before we broke up for her stress
-My friend ran into my exes roommate last week (since he is dating a girl who lives in my exes building) and the roommate asks how I am doing
-My ex's roommate says my ex is having a hard time and mostly keeps to herself
-Today is the first day I've seen my ex on skype since the break up which leads me to believe I'm now unblocked

My question to you is, what do you make out of all of this? If she went to great measures to move on from me (blocking my phone, blocking my skype) why did she unblock me? I know she hasn't moved on already because of what her roommate said. I'm still in love with her so I'm just perplexed by everything that's happening, even if it seems small to you. The ball is in her court since she knows how I feel although I plan on calling her up on her birthday this week.

And to anyone thinking she's going to get a restraining order think twice. She could very easilly cut off contact to me on all platforms (facebook, twitter, phone, skype) but chose to leave some open for some reason. I'm guessing becaus it's easier for me to get in contact with her via skype or phone.

.You have all the answers.However as you say the ball is now in her court.Since she broke up with you.Then wouldn't it be prudent to let her return your serve.Be patient and wait
