Yes. ANY email. whatever people say about not being able to unless you click links or run attached programs, you CAN.

Okay first of all you would have to be a very....very skilled hacker to do this so i wouldn't worry about it too much. If twitter shows the message as untrusted then obviously dont open it but otherwise its not much to worry about
