Do I access internet when i open an app on my phone?
Ok so I have a samsung galaxy apollo phone and I want to download apps from the Android Market. But I am not on a data plan so I can only access internet through wifi. If I download the app, will I have to pay to play it when I an not within range of the access point?

You really should have a data plan with modern smart phones. They're not really designed to work without them, and you can get even unlimited data plans quite cheaply.
But no, I'm pretty sure there's an option in the settings where you can say that android should ask you if an app needs network access. Ads |

If it's just a game, the internet shouldn't be needed. On my iphone, I know when I'm using the internet because my "3G loading" circle will pop up. It does pop up for some apps, mainly apps that are websites. (e.g. my ebay, wikipedia, photobucket, facebook, etc apps)
